General Questions:

All bookings are made online via our Vagaro system - which you can access here. This has all of the most up to date availability and ensures that we avoid the dreaded “human error”. No phone tag, no back and forth on schedules, etc.
If a particular day/time isn’t available, we highly recommend adding yourself to the waitlist online. Cancellations happen! When you’re on the waitlist, you will get notified immediately when an opening pops up and will have easy access to book.

After your first Brazilian with us, you will receive a free Brazilian on your file to use within 90 days. Your free service is non transferrable and is per person.

At Sweetly Bronzed, we always strive to schedule you with your preferred technician. However, in cases of illness, time off, or schedule changes, another highly trained member of our team may step in to keep your appointment on track. Rest assured, every technician at Sweetly Bronzed has undergone our intensive in-house training and uses the same expert techniques, ensuring you’re always in great hands.

We are a text based salon. We prefer texting to ensure that we give all of our clients the exceptional in house service that we pride ourselves on. Please note that text messages will only be answered during business hours. If you are texting to cancel your appointment after hours the day before your appointment and it is less than 24 hours, you will be charged our cancellation fee.

We use USPS for all orders. Ground shipping for all U.S. orders may take up to 3-8 business days to arrive from the day you receive your shipping confirmation.

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed it goes directly to the fulfillment center for processing. If you need to modify your shipping or billing address, feel free to contact us if your product has not been shipped yet. But otherwise, all product sales are final.

If you’re unable to make it to your appointment, we kindly ask that you please cancel or reschedule online or text us at 614-245-5665 up to 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations, late reschedules, and no-shows will be handled as follows:
Regular Appointments: You will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
Memberships: 50% of the service value will be deducted from your membership. If you reschedule within the same month, you will be required to pay the remaining balance at the membership price.
Complimentary Services: Failure to cancel or reschedule within this time frame will result in forfeiting your free service.
Trainee Appointments: You will be charged the full $20 fee.
We understand that life happens, but when you schedule an appointment you are making a commitment to your service provider. Last minute cancellations make a big impact on their schedule and leave them unable to fill the time slot. Thank you for understanding our policy!

Throughout the year, we offer trainee appointments as part of our training process for new employees or ongoing staff development. During these appointments, the person in training will perform the service with a trainer present in the room.
Trainee appointments are offered for a discounted price (typically $25) for the specified service being trained. Following your appointment, we will text you the next day to ask for detailed feedback about your experience and results. Your input is essential to help us perfect our services.
If you cancel within 24 hours or no-show for a trainee appointment, you will be charged the full $25 fee.
We primarily advertise trainee appointments on our Instagram, so be sure to follow us for updates and availability!
Please note: Touchups are not offered after trainee appointments. Thank you for supporting our team’s growth!

All packages expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Be sure to use your services before the expiration date as unused services do not roll over, are non-transferable and are non-refundable.
Membership + Policy Questions:

The Single Membership offers 1 service per month (a 20% savings deal), the Essentials Membership offers 2 services per month (a 25% savings deal) and our Gold Membership offers 3 services per month (a 35% savings deal).
The Service options include: Brazilian Sugaring or a Spray Tan. All memberships are a recurring charge with a 90 day commitment upon start date. Unused services will not roll over to the next month.
All memberships also receive 10% off of our products!
*Any additional services beyond monthly membership are not offered at a discounted rate.

In order to respect the time of our clients and our staff, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. The majority of our appointments are only 20 minutes long. Therefore, we can only allow a 6 minute grace period. If you are later than that we cannot guarantee service. This will result in cancelling your appointment and applying our late cancellation fee.
If you are running late, please text us at 614-245-5665 so we can do our best to accommodate your appointment.
Sugaring Questions:

For best results, please make sure to have a minimum of 14 days of growth (if you're coming from shaving) or 4 weeks of growth (if you're coming from waxing) on the day of your appointment.

Do not exfoliate 48 hours prior to your appointment and have clean, dry skin free of lotions or oils. To minimize pain: avoid caffeine, hot showers and working out before your appointment. If you're really nervous about the pain, pop a Tylenol 15 minutes before!

Everyone is different! Generally, any redness or soreness should only last around 30-60 minutes. However, some skin may be a little more sensitive. Because of this, please allow 1-2 days of down time before resuming any exfoliating or sweating.

This happens all the time! Your period does not affect the sugaring process, although you may be more sensitive to pain. We just require you to wear a tampon during your service.

We currently only provide vaginal brazilians and bikinis!

Of course! We highly recommended it. Since sugaring exfoliates your skin, getting sugared right before your airbrushing will help prolong your tanning results.
Tanning Questions:

Thoroughly exfoliate and shave the night before your spray tan (or at least 12 hours before your tan.) Make sure there are no moisturizers or deodorants on your skin the day of your appointment, as this acts as a barrier to your tans and will not allow the color to develop properly.

You can wear (or not wear) whatever you’d like. Some people like to wear a thong or bikini to see how tan they get. We say this is the one time you don’t need tan lines, so why have them! Whatever your comfortability is.
We do ask that all men wear underwear or some form of genital covering.
Post spray tan - we recommend loose, dark clothing. No bra, no leggings, no tight closed toe shoes, etc.

We suggest to schedule your appointment 1-2 days before any special event to ensure your tan is fresh and looks perfect. With that being said, please make sure your spray tan is your last appointment in your beauty routine! All mani/pedi’s, facials, shaving should be done the day before at minimum to assure all oils are off your skin for your spray tan.

Your spray tan should be the very last step in your beauty routine, period. Massages, mani/pedis, facials, etc. should all occur a minimum of 12 hours before your spray tan appointment. All of these services have their own products that are utilized throughout the services that when used too close to your appointment can create a barrier between your skin and the DHA (active ingredient in spray tan). Or when utilized after the service can discolor or strip your tan.

NO! Our cosmetic bronzer is perfectly blended to give you that "just off the beach" look. We offer high quality DHA with different undertones to ensure that you receive the proper tan for your skin tone and desired look.
With only offering rapid tans, it is crucial to follow the aftercare process and shower time given at your appointment to guarantee flawless results.

Moisturize twice a day with a water based lotion. We highly recommend sticking with Aveeno, CeraVe or Hempz lotion. Avoid using Dove, Olay and Bath & Body works as these products will turn you brassy and complete strip your spray tan! You will also want to avoid chlorinated pools or jacuzzies, saunas, steam rooms, and any form of exfoliation (shaving, scrubbing) as these will fade your spray tan faster.

No, our solution does not stain clothing or sheets. For those who want to avoid any transfer, we also offer a clear, bronzer-free option that develops into a natural tan without the risk of rubbing off. Perfect for brides, professionals, or anyone with a packed schedule after their appointment.

First things first…we are sunless tanning professionals, we are not licensed medical professionals and while we have sprayed numerous expecting mommas-to-be with our naturally derived solution, every pregnancy and their accompanying risks are different. We recommend that you ask your OBGYN first and we are more than happy to provide a list of ingredients to review with your doctor.
