Membership Policies

To cancel or temporarily pause your membership, please email ashley@sweetlybronzed.com by the 25th of the month to adjust your plan for the upcoming month. For late cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows, 50% of the service cost will be deducted from your visit, and you’ll be responsible for the remaining balance if you reschedule within the same month. For complimentary services, a late cancellation or no-show will result in forfeiting that free service.
Cancellations

We understand that things come up, so if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so online or text us at 614-245-5665 at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows within 24 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. For complimentary services, a late cancellation or no-show will forfeit the free service. For trainee appointments, the full $20 fee will be applied.

However, in cases of illness, time off, or schedule changes, another highly trained member of our team may step in to keep your appointment on track. Rest assured, every technician at Sweetly Bronzed has undergone our intensive in-house training and uses the same expert techniques, ensuring you’re always in great hands.
